Many people entered into relationships at the start of the year just to have someone to show off with on valentine’s day. This is not the way to approach love. In fact, it’s not love at all.

Whether or not the believer’s greeting is a tradition we ought to carry on today is not quite clear in Scripture but the important thing is that our greetings spring from real love and friendship, be characterized by sincerity, and represent true Christian fellowship.
